Album Info:As a result of increased frieght traffic on the Southwest Pennsylvania RR, which owns the trackage, the Fayette Central ceased operations in 2012 and ran their “Farewell Fall Photo Freight and Rare Mileage Tour” on October 21, 2012. This was a full day of rare mileage and photorunbys over the B&O’s Sheepskin Line between Green Junction and Smithfield, Pa, the Uniontown Industrial Track (formerly the Pennsylvania Railroad from Oliver, Pa to the Southern end of Uniontown) and B&O/Pennsylvania RR trackage from Uniontown to the Youghiogheny River.
